Larry Henneman, Broker

Having grown up in Pacific County, Larry Hennemen knows the area extremely well. As a broker for Harbor Realty, he helps his clients in North Bend, South Bend, and surrounding areas. He also does a lot of work with foreclosure properties in Washington as well, and is an invaluable asset to the Harbor Realty team. 

Though Larry loves working with real estate, his passion hasn’t always been in this industry. In fact, Larry spent over 25 years in law enforcement in South Bend, and only decided to step into the exciting world of real estate after years of Heidi Keller, broker and owner of Harbor Realty, pestering him to join her office. She saw his ability to work well with others and be a calm and soothing presence to his clients. He originally joined the Harbor Realty office as the property and office manager, and worked his way up to broker so that he could better serve his clients. 

Though law enforcement had been his career path since he was 18 years old, Larry dreamt of getting out of that office environment and having a little more personal freedom to better serve people. He is known for creating personal connections with each person he works with, and his drive to succeed comes from the satisfaction of putting people in the right home. Just like the rest of the professionals at Harbor Realty, Larry doesn’t believe in quick transactions. It’s his goal to hear the client’s needs and put them in the right house for them or solve their real estate problem, no matter how long it takes. As soon as you meet Larry, you’ll learn that he is a homebody, an agent who loves his town and someone you can trust will take the time to listen to your needs. Being born and raised in a community like South Bend, Larry knows everything you will ever need to know about buying or selling a home here.
